This agreement applies as between you, the User of Fr3b.com. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not review information or obtain goods, services or products from this site.

Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are making any payments all any payment information you supply is true, correct and complete and you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

Samples, Vouchers

1. Any free items(samples, vouchers etc.) collected from Fr3b.com is not intended or allowed to be resold. If later found out, the respective company would be informed and actions will be taken. Your fr3b.com account will also be automatically deleted with no upfront notification.
2. Samples/vouchers/products etc are subject to availability and will only be provided if you have adequate points and made payment for the delivery fee.

Registration

1. Each postal mailing address is entitled to one Fr3b.com account only. If multiple accounts from a single postal mailing address is discovered, it will be automatically deleted with no upfront notification.
2. Each person is permitted to register only once, where a User Account will be created.
3. If you are under 18 years of age, please seek parental consent before registering.
4. Registration is only limited to persons who hold a Singapore registered mailing address
5. Fr3b reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke registration to any applicant, and the Company is not obliged to give a reason for doing so.
6. You warrant that your registration details, including but not limited to your name, mobile number, email address and date of birth, are true and accurate at all times and that you shall not impersonate any person or entity. You will notify Fr3b of any change to the registration details you have supplied to us.
7. Once registered, you shall be the user of your account and you shall be the only person to operate the account.
8. Any password or rights given to you to obtain information or other contents is not transferable and may only be used by you.

1. Upon the termination of any User Account, Fr3b reserves the right to delete from server(s) any information contained in Fr3b, including, but not limited to, postings, comments, bookmarks, messages, user ratings and Fr3b Points.
2. There will be no refund of any kind on termination and you agree to waive all rights to claim or request of such refund.

Mailing Address and address verification

1. We may correct your postal address information with standardized postal representation in order to ensure that your samples get delivered. This is to reduce the chances of lost mail due to incorrect address.
2. Upon submission of your mailing address to Fr3b, you are required to double check to make sure of the accuracy of the address. Any wrong/invalid address submitted by you, Fr3b will not be liable for any lost of parcel, if applicable.

Return policy for any sale of products on Fr3b.com

1. All returns and exchanges will be handled with the merchant/company directly,Fr3b.com do not accept/handle any exchanges.
2. All products returned condition depends on the merchant/company.
3. All products are checked by Fr3b's staff before delivery to ensure 100% good condition of the product.
4. Once product is sold, refunds will not be entertained. For exchanges or other enquiry please contact the merchant directly.

1. Fr3b shall not be liable to you or anyone for any loss, expense or cost incurred by you resulting from the failure for not able to provide Fr3b due to reasons of force majeure, including but not limited to war, fire, explosions, strikes, acts of terrorism, acts of God, power failures, government priorities, labor stoppages, ill or absent employees, supplier failure or delay, civil disorder, computer hacking or attacks or breakdown or malfunction of utilities, communication systems, machinery, computers, transportation facilities or other equipment of any nature.
2. Without affecting any limitation or exclusion of liability elsewhere in the Terms of Use, Fr3b, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, injury or loss sustained by you or any other party whatsoever and howsoever caused by or in connection with any use made by other users of their respective User Accounts.

Fr3b may display on the Fr3b Site advertisements from third parties, such as banner advertisements and pop-up texts, and links to third party sites. Viewpoints is not responsible for the content of such advertisements or links, any products, services or other materials relating to such advertisements, any linked site, or any link contained in a linked site. The display of any advertisement or link does not imply endorsement by Fr3b of the advertisement or linked site or any content therein. IN NO EVENT WILL FR3B BE LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO ANYONE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY USE, CONTINUED USE OR RELIANCE ON ANY ADVERTISEMENT DISPLAYED ON THE FR3B SITE, ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR OTHER MATERIALS RELATING TO ANY SUCH ADVERTISEMENT, ANY LINKED THIRD PARTY SITE, OR ANY LINK CONTAINED IN A LINKED SITE.

Governing Law
The Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be interpreted according to the laws of the Singapore. Any disputes or claims relating to the Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
